This is my setup, review, and first image(“First Light” as they say in astrophotography) I’ve taken with my new ZWO ASI1600MM-Cool (mono) camera. It’s not a CCD, but the ASI 1600 operates like one. I was only able to get in 20 minutes worth of exposure time on the Bubble Nebula before the clouds rolled in, but I like what I see so far. Here is what’s included when you order the camera:
–ZWO ASI 1600MM-Cool (mono) body
–T2-1.25″ nosepiece and cover
–2 m long USB 3.0 cable
–USB 2.0 short cable (two of them)
–T2-1.25″ Filter adapter 3mm thickness
–T2 extender 18.5mm length
–desiccant tablets packet
–Driver & Extra Software CD (Mac, PC & Linux Compatible)
